I downloaded a coupon printer from smartsource but I still can't print coupons. Everytime I try a box appears that says communication problems with printer. What do I need to do?Why can I not print coupons?
Make sure your pc is correctly connected to the printer. If it is, make sure the driver for the printer is instaled. If it it, try reinstalling it and restart your pc. Try then and if not, contact a professional. Good luck!
