Question about sellin coupons and samples?

I am a frequent baby shopper on craigslist.com I notice a lot that people are selling like baby coupons for formula, food, baby grear and selling lil 8 oz formula samples that you get from the doctor..last time i checked the coupons have a value of 1/100 cents. can people really sell coupons?Question about sellin coupons and samples?
They are not supposed to. And the formula they get from the doctor, says Free sample, not for resale... It is against the law to take money for these items. But, if they don't get caught... They won't stop...Question about sellin coupons and samples?
selling there time
If there's a market?

I gave Similac away for free and got some Enfamil for free from a nice lady....both on craigslist
Check out eBay. it is WORSE......people sell coupons all the time, and I really hate it. The things that seem to go for the most $$ are baby formula checks and the coupons for free diapers........I buy Pediasure online a lot (people get it from the insurance company, then sell the excess to help pay other medical expenses) and you would not believe the people selling Pediasure coupons! what is worse is how many people actually bid on them!! It is maddening.
Wow seems like everyone is on the fiddle now days... i do not think you are suppose to sell them but them some people have no shame...
