AAA.com also has them for $37.95 if you are a member or know somebody that is.
I believe when we went, we got discount coupons at AAA and I thingk Giant Eagle had them too closer to the park. Depending on where you are staying, you can also get coupons at the hotel front desk or at the campground store.
