oh yes most all chain stores do, they get reimbursed from the manufacturer. There are some Target's that have groceries ,called Super Targets.
You can use coupons at any store unless its printed a specific store on the coupon.
you can use them at target, but coperate just implemented a new rule, if it doesn't scan, they can't override it anymore. Make sure its EXACTLY what is says and that it hasn't expiered.
